Where is your business location?
We are based in Sydney. We ship our products from our Sydney warehouse to Australia wide. Our business is owned and operated by Australian.
What payment methods do you accept on your website?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express through our secure payment system. All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Normally charge $9.98 for Express Post, while we offer Free Express Post for any orders exceed $50 regardless of the size and value.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch your order on the same date if you submit your order by 1:30pm from Monday to Friday. We deliver your orders Australia wide within 1-3 business days by Express Post. You can estimate the delivery time at Australia Post's website here (our postcode is 2000).
Do you deliver my order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes, Express Post will deliver your orders to any PO Box or Parcel Lockers Australia wide.
Where can I find a tracking number for my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. You are able to track your parcel at http://auspost.com.au with a tracking number you receive from us.
How do I collect my order if I'm not at home?
You will receive a collection card in your mail box if your place is unattended during the delivery. You will be able to collect your order from your local post office at your convenience.
Do you pack and ship my orders discreetly?
We endeavor to deliver your purchases promptly and discreetly. Products are wrapped and protected by bubble wrap and packed in plain, unmarked brown boxes. There will be a return address on the boxes, however you can rest assured the package will have absolutely no exterior information to connect it to our website and business names.
Could I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately we do not offer warehouse pickup at the moment. While we deliver all customers' orders by Express Post within 3 days.
Do you ship outside Australia and New Zealand?
At the moment we ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
What exactly happens after ordering?
- Once you successfully place your order with us, our system will send you a new order confirmation email to your email address. Please carefully check your order contents and delivery address. You should contact us as soon as possible if you find any mistakes in your order with us.
- Our staff will pick the products and pack your order in a discreet packaging.
- Australia Post will collect your parcel from our warehouse at 2:00PM. Our system will send you an order dispatched email that includes a tracking number for your parcel. Please kindly track your parcel at https://auspost.com.au after 5 hours you receive your tracking number.
- Normally Express Post will deliver your order to you in 1-3 business days.
